alarm monitoring business

Now just about all Comcast customers have access to their still fairly new security system. I only signed up for it because they offered it for $10 a month with my TV and Internet package for a one year contract. It's very toy like and seems like a joke because it's relying on your internet connection and tablet screen they give you. Only three door/window sensors were including with the plan along with a motion sensor. I live in a 2 story condo so this was almost perfect for downstairs but still left my kitchen window short of one. The motion sensor is the most important to me. Still, what makes me feel not secure is: knowing someone can easily cut my visable cable line on the outside wall they installed, custoner service is slow and horrible, and knowing that the tablet screen has connection issues from time to time that requires me to be home to reset it which defies the purpose of having the security system. The technician who installed the security system I had a bad feeling about from the start, I didn't trust him. Just before he left, he asked if he could use the restroom upstairs which is where the rooms are. Minutes after he left my home I noticed he had stolen an unopened $80 package of medical marijuana from my desk. Couple updates on this review.

They are installed by contractors to give homeowners a sense of security against burglars and intruders. Then there are other alarms, such as smoke or fire alarms. Fire alarms may not be so typical in homes but smoke alarms are pretty much basic and you may find these things installed in places like the bedroom and kitchen. These are safeguards that will help to warn people that there is a possible fire, prompting them to call the fire department or authorities for help.

The big difference, however, is the degree of interactivity. New software platforms, such as alarm. com and iControl allow you to send commands, program home systems, view surveillance video, and receive alerts on a smart phone or computer—whether you’re at home or away. When shopping for a system, review software platforms first. Alarm. com and iControl are the two biggest.
